Using the site and portal
You may use the public site for lawful information, enquiry, application, and coaching requests. Portal access is personal, invitation-only, and subject to an active authorised account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person’s information.
Community conduct
Members are expected to communicate professionally, respect confidentiality and consent, avoid misleading claims, and use member information only for the context in which it was shared. Content or access may be moderated where needed to protect members or the service.
Projects, opportunities, and introductions
Listings and introductions help members discover and communicate. They are not a guarantee, endorsement, investment service, money transfer service, or substitute for independent legal, financial, tax, or commercial due diligence.
Membership and billing
Current price, currency, tax treatment, renewal, cancellation, payment failure, refund, and access consequences will be shown in the agreed checkout and membership terms before payment. A browser return alone does not prove payment or activate membership.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service secure and available, but planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control can interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
