Information we use

Depending on your relationship with the club, this may include:

  • contact, identity, role, and company information;
  • application answers, discovery scheduling, and membership decisions;
  • profile visibility choices and member directory information;
  • event registrations, waitlist status, and check-in information;
  • discussion, project, promotion, introduction, and support activity;
  • coaching request and scheduling information, but not sensitive session notes;
  • subscription, invoice, and payment status supplied by the selected payment provider; and
  • security, device, audit, and service delivery records needed to protect and operate the portal.

Why we use it

We use information to take requested steps before membership, perform the membership and service relationship, operate the club safely, meet legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, support, and appropriate community administration. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you can withdraw it.

Who receives it

Access is limited to authorised club staff and relevant members according to visibility and consent choices. Approved providers may process information for hosting, storage, email, monitoring, scheduling, and payments under contract. Information is not sold.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for the period needed for the stated purpose, legal duties, dispute handling, and security. Retention periods vary by record type. Technical and organisational controls include access restrictions, authentication, audit records, encrypted transport, and tested recovery procedures.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
